• Accounts Payable services - via Bill.com, QBO bill pay, or bank ACH

• Full-service payroll processing including associated state and federal payroll tax filings 

• Multi-layer accounting i.e. class tracking, due to/froms, multi-entities

• Balance sheet account and additional bank account reconciliations

• Review initial financial statements, prepare adjusting entries, prepare final financial statements

• Additional state excise tax filings i.e. WA LCB, WA DOR specialty licenses

• Additional city B&O tax filings i.e. contractors in multiple cities

• Up to 4 phone calls/emails per month included outside of zoom financial review

• Payroll runs on your schedule with a 2 business day direct deposit turnaround

• Monthly base rate: $120 + $10 per employee
